Jennifer is a Registered Massage Therapist, graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University with a concentration in Athletic Performance and Injury Management. Jennifer was a member of Laurier’s Women’s Varsity soccer team from 2018-2022 and the women’s flag football team during her undergraduate degree.

As a former varsity soccer player, Jennifer’s personal experience with injury rehabilitation ignited her passion for helping people of all ages overcome injuries and enhance their overall wellness. Her treatment approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques and personalized care. She incorporates methods such as Swedish and myofascial techniques, dynamic release, trigger point therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching. Jennifer believes that massage therapy, combined with patient education and exercise, plays a vital role in supporting a pain-free and functional lifestyle.

Trevor has always had strong interest in learning about the human body. He grew up playing competitive soccer which peaked his interest in learning about anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation.

He decided to pursue his passion in health and fitness at McMaster University where he completed his Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

He then went on to complete his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), where he also graduated Summa Cum Laude. During his time there, Trevor completed placements at St Johns Rehab Hospital as well as the CMCC Campus Clinic. At these placements, Trevor treated a diverse group of patients from adolescents to seniors, athletes to office workers and everything in between.

Trevor is an evidence-based chiropractor who focuses on providing holistic patient-centered care. His treatment sessions involve a combination of different techniques including soft tissue therapy, spinal manipulation, acupuncture, and exercise. Trevor has completed additional courses in instrument assisted soft tissue therapy (IAST), integrated assessment, and integrated patterning. Trevor is also certified in contemporary medical acupuncture through McMaster University.

Eric Yoo is a Certified Athletic Therapist with experience working across professional sport, collegiate athletics, and clinical rehabilitation settings. He spent two seasons in the Canadian Premier League with York United FC, where he served as an Athletic Therapist providing comprehensive care to professional athletes. In this role, Eric worked closely with sports medicine physicians, orthopedic surgeons, strength and conditioning staff, and other members of the multidisciplinary medical team to support injury prevention, acute injury management, and return-to-play decision making. In addition to his professional soccer experience, Eric has contributed to high-performance athletic programs including the Seneca Sting and Upper Canada College, where he supported student-athletes in both training and competitive environments. His background across elite sport and clinical rehabilitation allows him to effectively bridge performance, injury management, and safe return to sport for athletes of all levels.
